At Inditechnex Solutions, we primarily provide digital services such as website design, development, and digital marketing. However, this policy applies to any digital product delivery or physical item shipment (if applicable) offered by our business.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All digital products (e.g., website templates, logos, graphics, plugins) are delivered electronically via email or download link.
Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

2. Custom Service Delivery
For custom services (e.g., web development, branding, marketing packages), delivery timelines are discussed and agreed upon before the start of the project.
Progress updates and final deliverables will be shared through email, Google Drive, or other agreed-upon methods.
3. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)
If we offer physical items in the future (such as printed materials, merchandise, etc.):
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Shipping charges, courier details, and estimated delivery time will be shared at the time of order.
Currently, we ship within India only.
4. Tracking and Issues
For digital products, tracking is not required. For physical items, we provide tracking numbers if available.
