Cancellation and Refund

At Inditechnex Solutions, we aim to provide high-quality digital services including website design, development, and digital marketing. However, if you need to cancel a service or request a refund, please review the terms below.


1. Service Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation of a service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet started.

  • If project development or design work has already begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may incur a partial charge based on work completed.

  • For subscription-based services (like hosting or maintenance), cancellation can be requested at any time before the next billing cycle.


2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services:
    Payments for custom website design, development, digital products, domain registration, and SSL certificates are non-refundable once processing begins.

  • Partial Refunds:
    May be considered only if a cancellation request is made within the first 48 hours and no significant work has been delivered.

  • No Refund will be issued for completed projects, downloadable products, or digital marketing campaigns once launched.


3. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. All approved refunds will be communicated via email.


4. Modifications

Inditechnex Solution reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
